Allergen information
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order. Our dishes may contain or come into contact with allergens including cereals containing gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, soya, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery, mustard, lupin and sulphites.
Our kitchen handles multiple allergens and, although we take care when preparing food, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens. Ingredient recipes and supplier products may change, so please check with us each time you order.
If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering so we can discuss whether we can prepare a suitable meal safely.
02
Privacy policy
This website does not ask you to create an account or directly submit personal information. If you contact us by email or phone, we use the details you provide only to respond to your enquiry, manage your order or resolve an issue.
When you follow a link to an external ordering or social platform, that provider may collect and process information under its own privacy policy. Please review its terms before sharing personal or payment details.
We keep order and correspondence information only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, legal, accounting or safety purposes. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it where the law allows.

Terms & conditions
By placing an order with DeLife Kitchen, you confirm that the order details, delivery or collection information and contact details you provide are accurate. Orders are accepted once confirmed by us or by the ordering platform you use.
Menu descriptions and photographs are provided as a guide. Ingredients, presentation, portion appearance, availability and prices may change. If an item is unavailable after you order, we may offer a suitable alternative or refund the affected item.
You are responsible for checking your order confirmation and notifying us promptly of any error. Food must be stored and consumed safely after delivery or collection; we cannot accept responsibility for quality issues caused by improper storage, reheating or delayed consumption.
04
Delivery policy
Delivery availability, fees, minimum order values and estimated times are shown when you order and may vary by address, order size, demand and the delivery provider. Estimated times are not guaranteed, but we work to prepare every order promptly.
Please provide a complete delivery address, a working telephone number and any access instructions. If the driver cannot reach you or safely access the address, the order may be returned or left in a suitable location where permitted.
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, incorrect, damaged or unfit to eat, contact us promptly with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.
05
Refund & cancellation policy
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because food preparation may begin shortly after confirmation, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been accepted or preparation has started.
If we approve a refund for a missing, incorrect, cancelled or unsatisfactory item, it is normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or ordering platform. Delivery and service fees charged by a third party may be subject to that provider's policy.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. We review concerns fairly and may ask for an order number, receipt or photographs so we can understand and resolve the issue.
